Your Impact

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the brand strategy, impacting both the short and long term success of nib’s global travel brands. This role will have a primary focus on World Nomads and secondary focus on Travel Insurance Direct and nib Travel Insurance.  Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the Marketing and Brand team, leading the strategic brand activities and insights. You will also:

  • Manage a cross-functional team to support the delivery of the strategy
  • Identify initiatives that are performing and underperforming – ensuring brand goals are met
  • Work with key stakeholders and ensure travel insurance sales are supported through brand strategy
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research and insights and lead a data driven approach to brand strategy

Your Background
Be part of a forward thinking experienced team, leading the go-to-market brand strategy. Your experience from a travel or adventure background is extremely helpful as is a background in brand and research strategy. You will have that natural ability to interpret data in meaningful ways, always striving to clarify, simplify and inspire the team around you.
