A new opportunity exists for a Digital Advertising Specialist to support our focus in the USA and Canada markets by driving the growth of travel insurance sales and campaign entries/ subscribers through our multiple streams of CPC, social and ad network paid advertising. This role will also see you grow traffic and sessions numbers from target profitable persona target audiences. Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for campaign setup and execution of digital media channels including SEM, social, display, video and native
- Monitor budgets and pacing to meet monthly goals
- Daily management and optimization to drive sales from Google and Bing CPC channel and drive leads from social CPC activity
- Evaluate channel performance and develop actionable insights for always-on monthly reporting and campaign weekly reporting
- Support manager in development of media strategies
- Investigation of marketing technology opportunities and conducting market research to support business goals and execution of these campaigns
- Work with in-house teams to develop content, creative and landing pages fit for digital advertising campaigns and strategies
Located in Oakland, California, this role reports to the Digital Advertising Manager of the Americas.
You possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in SEM, social advertising, campaign optimization and web analytics, coupled with tertiary qualifications in information technology, sales/ marketing or similar. Ideally you are French speaking with English as your first language and have a strong understanding of the global travel industry and travel distribution technology.
You consider yourself as curious minded with a passion for understanding travel inspirations and motivations which will allow you to connect with our travellers to generate bespoke and targeted campaigns. You possess an interest and commitment to learning the travel insurance industry and our products as well as the insurance purchasing life cycle of the North American traveller.
You are data driven and possess a love of testing and trialling things, with a proficient understanding of web-based services and link management.
